The Feeling Fit Club meets weekly via Zoom on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1-2 pm. This class for older adults helps to improve balance, strength and flexibility to help maintain independence. It’s suitable for all levels – exercises can be done sitting or standing. This program also encourages social interaction, fun, and help to build self-esteem.
